Dr. Susan Baker

Dr. Baker graduated from  high school in Houston, Texas in 1974. She attended UT Austin from 1974-1979 and graduated with a BS degree in Pharmacy. Upon graduation, she moved to the Stephenville area and worked as a hospital pharmacist and Director of Pharmacy services at Dublin Medical Center  and Stephenville Hospital from 1980 - 1990. She attended Baylor College of Dentistry from 1990-1994 and received her DDS degree . In addition to her DDS degree she obtained a one year post graduate degree in Advanced General Dentistry with emphasis on cosmetic enhancement.

In recent years, Dr. Baker continues to advance her education through the Center for Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry (C.A.R.D.) in Dallas. She recently completed masters level courses aimed at diagnosing and treating complex restorative cases, and is now a member of their teaching faculty. She is currently completing advanced sedation courses through Duquesne University school of Pharmacy in Pittsburgh PA .

She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Texas and American Dental Associations and the Fort Worth District Dental Society. Locally she is a member of the Glen Rose Chamber of Commerce and Optimist Club. Dr. Baker has resided  in Hico for 26 years and is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hico.  She has been blessed with 3 fabulous  kids, 2 grandkids, and 2 more on the way! 

Sarah - RDH

Sarah graduated Dental Hygiene school in 2002. She joined our team in 2004. Sarah is involved with community dental hygiene education and gives pre-school presentations during dental health care month.  Sarah is married and lives in Dublin, Texas.

Jamie - CDA

Jamie graduated from ATI career training center in 1996. She joined our team in 2006. Jamie participates in her continuing education and certifications. She oversees all the duties of chair side assisting as well as all of the ordering of supplies for the office.. She has 3 children ages, 25, 18 and 16. She also has one grand child.

SHELLEY - Office manager

Shelley joined the team in 2001. At the time she was hired in as the office receptionist. Due to continuing education and the fast paced growth of the practice she was promoted to office manager in 2005. She oversees all the business and financial matters of the office and coordinates the scheduling of doctors and hygiene appointments. She is married with 2 children, a senior in college and a senior in high school.
